MICHAEL KREBS, born 1975. Educated at Bury Grammar School and the University of Birmingham (LLB Hons). Called to the Bar 1999.

A personal injury practitioner who regularly acts for Claimants and Defendants in accident claims including road traffic, trips and slips, accidents in the workplace and sporting injuries. Has substantial experience in credit hire.

 

His industrial disease practice encompasses asbestos-related litigation, asthma and deafness.

 

Also a Housing lawyer who is regularly instructed in disrepair claims and claims for possession and injunctions, often on grounds of anti-social behaviour.

 

Appears in Holiday claims, CICA appeals, Employment Tribunals and Inquests. He has recently joined chambers' cost team.

 

Often travels way beyond the Northern Circuit.
