John mainly acts for claimants in an extensive range of serious and life changing injuries arising from employers’ liability, public liability, road traffic accident, and product liability related claims. He is routinely instructed in head injury, complex orthopaedic injury, and pain syndrome related cases.
He also deals with claims involving:

- Clinical and dental negligence, including cosmetic surgery
- Industrial disease – including deafness, vibration white finger, asbestos, and repetitive strain injuries
